Terms of Service for Lighting Products

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of lighting products ("Products") provided by WBvision. By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from making a purchase or using our Products.

2. Product Availability
We strive to ensure that the Products available for sale on our website or at our store are in stock. However, availability is subject to change and we may not always be able to fulfill your order if a product is out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative products.

3. Pricing
Pricing for Products is listed on our website or in-store and is subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price you will pay. Any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be added at checkout.

4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order for Products, you are making an offer to purchase them. Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the available payment methods on our website or at the store. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All Products sold by WBvision come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship (This rule does not apply to customised products. For instructions on customised products, please see the Return Policy for Customised Products). This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Return Policy for Customized Products


Customized lighting products are made to order, and therefore have different return and exchange policies than standard products. By ordering customized products, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Return or Refund for Customized Products
Customized lighting products, including those personalized with unique designs, specifications, or custom color choices, are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Defective or Damaged Customized Products
If a customized product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographs or further documentation to assess the issue. If the product is determined to be defective, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

3. Changes to Orders
Once a customized product order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all specifications (size, design, color, etc.) are correct before finalizing your order.

4. Quality Assurance
We carefully inspect all customized products before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, as these items are made specifically for you, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or pattern compared to the preview or sample images. These variations do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

5. Processing Time
Customized products may take longer to process and ship than standard items. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order, but these are subject to change based on production times.

6. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to changes in the order or if a customized product is returned due to damage or defect.

7. Warranty on Customized Products
Customized products come with a warranty for defects in materials or workmanship for 1 month, similar to non-customized products. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, installation errors, or accidents.
